The identified themes will guide the questions and topics of the data collection of the stories voiced by the young people as well as the witnesses from local and support organizations and the Municipalities from the three countries involved in the YEA project.

Need and Opportunities Analysis report

This report presents the results of a needs analysis survey conducted among a diverse group of key stakeholders in youth inclusion and participation across Belgium, Finland, and Italy, including municipal representatives, community operators, and social workers. Based on the NOISE framework (Needs, Opportunities, Improvements, Strengths, and Exceptions), the analysis provides a clear picture of the current context, challenges, and future goals of the YEA project’s main beneficiaries—young people in vulnerable situations.

The report identifies critical needs, highlights opportunities for collaboration, and points to areas for strategic development. It offers essential guidance for future project planning, ensuring that actions align with the priorities and expectations of both individuals and communities involved.
